They are quite inexpensive. You have to buy a membership in the coop but that's still much much cheaper than the N----tose that I bought for me and my husband.

When we run out of this, which will be soon I will join that coop and buy from them. I seem to remember that 1 lb. bulk glyco is about $35...and can also get the phtyo there as well.
