Uly,
The best thing I can say is from my own experience with using these glyconutrients. I had chronic bronchitis that my doctor could not help due to my past use of
Antibiotics . I was searching for something to help me short of going into the hospital and taking 2 or 3 different types of
Antibiotics s IV to try and get rid of this problem. The problem was my body was not fighting infections and not repairing itself. My sister found out about A*******e over the internet and I started taking it.
I took the bulk A*******e for five months, starting low and going to a high dose-with little results. I knew that this stuff would work, but it depends how long you have been ill to how long it takes to recover. I read what Dr. Steve Nuggent had in an email about the dosages. He stated that someone with a severe problem to take 4 caps. of A*******e AO twice a day along with the rest of the supplements. I could not afford the rest of the supplements, so I started taking AO at 4 twice a day. In two days I was 90% healed!! On top of that my sinuses cleared up. I've had alergy problems for 20 years and now I don't, as long as I take my AO. A week later my back was feeling real good. I have had
Arthritis since I was 27 (47 now) after torn ligaments in my back. I also take 2,000 mg of Glucosamine gelcaps with 1500 mg MSM with my vitamins and breakfast. I do not take the A*******e AO with anything except Bioprine, which is an extract of black pepper I got real cheap from iHerb.com. Any other antioxidants or vitamins taken with AO may actually reduce it's effectiveness by the ratio of antioxidants already in the trial and errored formula they came up with.
I also listened in on conference calls about people who had been ill 12 to 15 years. It seems that for every year a person is seriously ill, it may take 3 to 6 months of taking glyconutrients.
If your in a bind, look on ebay.
Take care
