mh i really need your help

iv been oil pulling for just over a week.... at first i was detoxing and now..my urine is constantly clear, i have ark circles under my eyes...and my skin is really bad..im also a little constipated..i have never been constipated before.

this seems to be a pattern with me...iv tried so mant things ,,oj fast,, water fast,, raw diet...it seems that i detox at first and then get blocked up. what should i do
