Re: myopia -7 is anyone here cured?

Well, I'd not like to think I'm the only one who has done such a thing! Yes, I have cured myopia. I wore glasses since age 16 until I was 46, not being able to see further than about 8 feet away. I got William Bates' book and started reading, not believing anything he said. But I practiced some of his exercises and came to understand that what he was saying was true. I was getting short-lived changes, so I worked at it some more, not wearing my glasses at all, or, at least, kept to the absolute minimum. Finally I had retrained my eyes and no longer needed to wear any glasses. But, it takes persistence, devoted persistence, because it doesn't happen overnight. And wearing glasses is an absolute no-no. The patience and persistence pays off---imagine my delight and surprise when I took a vision test at the DMV and passed. And eight years later, did it again! So, it can be done! Just get his book and start reading! Tweet
