It's taken from a bacteria..so yes, it has protein. Every living organism has protein in it.


Just keep this in mind.
Are you irritable or impatient? Are you down with a cold one or two times a year? Do you have dull dry hair and skin? Are you prematurely aged? Do you find that your memory is not like others, or is it not as good as you think it should be; remember back when you were a child- before you started to drink sodas. Just because you are alive and have moments of happiness, does not mean you are healthy, or that nothing is wrong with you. Often times, we become accustom to feeling ill and forget what it is like to be really healthy. Your quality of life may not be as great as it could be. Sometimes we are surrounded by people who are just as run down so we have nothing to compare to.

I do not consume Aspartame or sodas:
I have not had a cold in well over 15 years.
My hair is rich in color and sleek with a healthy shine
I am not angry off and on throughout the day as I have an even temperament. My emotions do not spike randomly.
My skin has a good pink color and I do not have a single pimple.
I'm happy not just some times, but rather most of the time and look forward to working on life goals.
Every day, I'm told that I look like I'm 20 years old. My nickname at work is "little girl" My age? I'm 38 years old.
I don't feel lazy
I don't sleep all day, or look forward to sitting in front of the TV all day. I have not seen a TV show in over 8 years. I do rent from Block Buster however.

I do not drink sodas or anything with Aspartame in it.
My diet is 75% vegetables of which 50% is raw. I eat a small portion of chicken and fish every day. My diet is full of fermented foods, herbs, nuts and raw juice from vegetables and fruit. I take flax oils too. I also walk two miles a day- five times a week.
