Re: Aspartame/Sweet Killer

Couldn't a reaction as this simply be, cause you may be allergic against this protein-molecule? Cause, this is actually what Aspartame is, isn't it? Allgergies
are usually targeted against some sort of protein.
I drink Aspartame drinks for years, my friend does and none of us has pains of
any sort so far.
If this is true and it's an allergy, then one cannot say in general, that small amounts of Aspartame are dangerous or poisening. Certain wheat, nuts etc. are considered to be allergy-reasons, Sugar makes you sick, but vegan food makes you ill, too; due to a lack of many important proteins and other substances. I believe, one has to watch and listen to his individual bodyreactions, and react accordingly. Luckily most substances (not all, I know) are written on packages these days.
