Thank you for posting this ... I am away from my own computer and did not have access to Jim's book. He does such a good job of explaining the process.

And, as I have researched into ClO2 and its actions, especially on the websites of companies that sell it for purification, the information has exactly conformed to Jim's; the 5 electrons that are transferred, etc...
