Sounds like you and I do a lot of the same things, Hanna. We really like Epsom Salt and H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) baths (never tried ACV in it though, lol).
I finally got in some food grade H2O2, but have only done a little of it internally; I could feel the oxygen effect, and I even get the O2 "headache" if I do too much. We also like Iodine and Colloidal Silver at times too.
The key is exactly what you said: there are pros and cons to each therapy, and I personally believe that there is a place for most of these in my life. Some things are better for certain conditions and at certain times.
