You're a very lucky man indeed to have probably the most powerful cleanser/healer fruit known, growing in your wonderful backyard. I will say though that you should be careful with Lemons and certainly not fast on them unless you're super pure haha. Learn how to utilise them for cleaning around the home etc like Vinegar. Make as much use of the wonderful creation as possible.
