We have a beautiful lemon tree in our back yard with hundreds of big lemons. I have been squeezing the lemons in all of my 1-2 liters of distilled water every day, but am wondering what other good uses there could be for the lemons?
Also, is there a time when it isn't a good idea to drink the lemon water? (I.E. with meals, before bed, with Longevity Spices, etc.)
I am doing the 30 days pre-cleanse, and wonder if drinking lemon water after my nightly doses would be a problem?

I will keep putting lemon in all my water...I no longer even like the taste of plain water without lemon. We went out today and bought another lemon tree that will have sweeter lemons, so hopefully next year there will be even more lemons! Next on the list is to get an orange tree...yummm.
Plzchuckle...how do you know that your liver loves lemons? That is what I am trying to correct right now...a tight and sometimes painful liver. It seems nothing I eat or drink has any positive/negative effects on it. It just always feels like there's a slight cramp there under and around my right ribs.
I am taking MH's pre-cleanse...liver cleanse, liver balance, dewormer, and kidney cleanse. I also take the Longevity Spices each day. Now I need to get serious about cleaning up what I eat...baby steps.

ooops ... BARBARA, how do I know my liver loves lemons? I came here with a liver that felt like I had a basketball stuffed in my ribcage; I digested NOTHING I age from late Oct 2005 until about Feb 2006 ... I didn't see a dr, but I think that would qualify as early stages of liver failure that I prefer to call liver dysfuncion.
I began with an emergency liver flush New Years weekend 2006. You're not suppose to flush more than every 2-4 weeks, so finding something to control the pain inbetween flushes so I could continue working and supporting my mama was very important to me. Somebody in the liver flush support forum mentioned lemons, so I got some. To this day, I have at least one cup of hot lemonade each day. Back then, I even kept lemons in my desk at work and would make hot lemonade at work (lucky me, we have 2 water distillers in my work place) or just plain lemon water.
Liver flushing, lemons, liquid lecithing/evoo, MHs liver/gallbladder balance, MHs itch formula, MHs dietary recommendation and I went stone free in only 16 flushes where alot of folks do 100. Now I'm doing a gentle flush that I call the Plzchuckle Hot Lemonade flush monthly and have moved on to milk thistle tincture that MH was kind enough to make for me. My 1/2 dead liver is functioning today and well on the road to healing.
