Your post is a good checklist for me, and many i bet, for some new years' resolutions to get back on the entire cleansing bus...i get starry eyed about OP and it's so damn easy and I could hang out with you guys all day, but I know I have to do another para cleanse, and some liver flushing, too, for instance.

You are among my pantheon, so to speak, of teachers here at CZ (for others who are curious as to who makes it into that group, there's trapper, kebod, wombat, hopinso, hanna, grz, and a few others of course -- the people who had a clarity and a kindness when I got here to patiently answer questions and show me the ropes as I fumbled along. Well, I shouldn't say "fumbled" as it's still a process for me -- but it's good to be reminded by one of my gurus that there is always a necesseity to go back to the basics and take nothing for granted --

anyway, this is a roundabout thanks to these folks, but also to the newer OP'ers who have become part of the slick family we are -- it is such an honor to learn from and laugh with all of you!
