I agree. Very inspirational both in terms of what being proactive about your health can yield and also how complacent we can get after we've gotten some relief. Of course that sounds like a horribly miserable condition and I'm sorry it's come back. Hang in there Mol - we know you'll whip it again.
One thing I've never done is the liver flush. It sounds so scary in the
Liver Flush Forum , especially since I've had liver probs in the past. It's also been a few years since I've done the
Colon Cleanse and should probably do that again as well.
This stuff DOES pay off though. Before making all my lifestyle changes people used to guess I was my age or older (and you always shave 5 years to be polite). Now I'm in my early 50's and people are shocked when I tell them. They usally guess late 30's. And though I've never had major health problems, I'm very glad to be over the minor ones like hypoglycemia, constant angina, chronic respiratory illnesses etc. I'm preaching to choir, but this stuff is really worth it as our modess with the mostess is living proof.
