Hi I was wondering...

If I just applied Castor Oil on my abdomen topically, without the flannel deal, Do you think it would be effective when I go into the Inf-red Sauna? Or should I apply the castor oil, then put a towel around it then get in for more added heat? Cuz I sweat alot inside the sauna? You think it would be effective?
