Good points ... in Jim's book he recommends waiting a few hours (maybe 12 I think?) between Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and any Vit C. Since he says that the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement keeps working, and releasing ClO2 for hours (and I can feel this too), I can understand this logic.
