I did what I call a quicky in 2 weeks I went up to 2x 15 drops a day, but I only lasted 2 days on the 15 drops and got the big D and vomit.
Took 1-2 days off and started only once at night, went from 5 to 11, since the lasts 2-3 days I do 6 and 10.
Don't notice anything. Right now I have detox or a cold, heachache-blowing my nose.
I hope it is detoxing my head :)

Now I think about it I was really irritated for a while, I don't know it was just me or the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , right now I am in a good mood again.
