Hair Loss

Lot's of things can cause dry brittle hair loss...demodex, selenium poisoning, changing hormones during menopause, detoxing heavy metals, and mineral deficiencies, to name a few...

You say your hair loss began with the parasite infection, and you can't seem to get nutrients to your hair.

Are you taking hair vitamins? How much vitamin E are you taking? How much selenium are you getting daily? Biotin deficiency alopecia is pretty common. Are you taking Iodine? It will sometimes cause hair loss during detox, while the body is adjusting. Do you ever have itchy crawly sensations on your scalp? If so, there may be demodex mites living in the hair shafts. parasites like to gang up and work together. Most people are hosting more than one variety.

Are you still battling the parasites you got in Guatemala? Do you mind if I ask how old you are? Sometimes hair loss is related to hormones, during menopause, and it will come back when you get your hormones straightened out. Iodine is great for getting the hormones back online. Even though it may cause hair loss during detox, the hair will come back much healthier, eventually.

Shroom says parasites thrive on hormones. If the colony living in you is big, they can definitely throw the hormones out of whack. Shroom can probaby share a lot of his insight in this regard.
