the acidity in distilled water is due to the absorbed gases from the atmosphere, mostly carbon dioxide. this acidity is comparable to the weight of a dandelion seed. it is heavy enough to lay on the ground, but the slightest breeze will carry it away. the acidity of distilled water changes immediately upon entering your body. it is also easily manipulated with traces of other substances. it is, plainly speaking, no big deal whatsoever. also, the pure water itself is 7 on the nose, regardless of what a paper or probe says.
