Instead of the title The Truth Please I should have said 'Desperate/frustrated'.
Your post is inspiring, it rings true. I will try it and as to meditation, I once went to India (1969) I found a guru and practiced his meditation techniques. After a few years (living in an ashram etc)I discovered that the guru had feet of clay. There are many people in the world who try to deceive, either to make money or to promote themselves. I do so very hope that mms is all that Humble says it is, for everyone's sake. Thank you for your heartfelt post.
