I know it's so hard for us not to over do it! Because we are ready to get on with our lives and be shining stars of health again!
I think our emotions and mental attiudes are so key to being in harmony with well-being.We live in stressful times just because it is so fast paced (life) just like this forum it's really busy. meditation helped me so much I still do it some but not as regular as I should...the best thing is it's free and helps us slow down our pace and be in the moment..aaahh ...feel better already (deep breath)
