Gotta concur with mkbSFO and disagree with spdina.
Take some magnesium before bed. Start with two capsules. If you aren't too bad off, you'll have a BM in the am. If not, take another two caps in the AM. Hopefully you should go by then. Take a couple caps before bed every night from now on, unless that's too much, then back off to one.
I really think any kind of laxative product is a problem unless you are really really bad off. I'd even suggest a little Fleet enema before I'd suggest a stimulant laxative, even a natural one.
I don't even know why people even bother to use anything but magnesium. It's such a wonderful thing and doesn't give you cramps or cause any problems. And it's something the body usually needs more of anyway.
