Trouble Sleeping

About a year ago I never had problems going to sleep. For about 7 months now I haven't been able to sleep well. Before, I always went to sleep on my left side it was so comfortable. Well every since I've had trouble sleeping I twitch/toss and turn unless I lie on my right side. I have been waking with really bad headaches. I thought it was because I haven't been getting a regular sleep. But as I was reading on the insomnia board I heard about fibromalygia. Does this sound like what I have or do I just have a sleeping disorder. I can't seem to go too sleep until daylight! That's exact opposite of what it should be. Oh and my heart rate seems to be high when I'm lying down trying to sleep. Thanks in advance.
