Yeah, I had to watch the DVD twice to get the message. The drama, special effects, and Hollywood soundtrack really turned me off. I normally don't watch anything like this, but a friend lent me the DVD and something inspired me to give it a second chance. I took notes on my second pass and now find those notes very helpful reminders. Whether you buy into the whole "Secret" thing or not, I think it never hurts to keep a positive outlook. I actually do believe in most of it, but I'd rather try to live it than preach it. Watch it if you're interested, but if you're not, just remain optimistic that you can and will heal in time.
