Ignatia helped me. I found the phrase "have not been the same since" (an experience) to be pertinent for me. I gave the container to a friend who had not been the same since her husband died, so I can't double check the dose, but I can say with some certainty it was 30C. I took it once and a few months later took another dose (one dose each time).

I was on a high dose of antidepressants and started feeling better. Then I started on Lugol's Iodine (see the VWT forum) and was able to get off the antidepressants and all my other medications.
