The DVD is fine but you may go to 3HO (google) and find teachers in you area, for me the teacher is important. For you maybe not...

The turban is more a Sikh tradition, and is not necessarily related to KY- but maybe for the Sikh who is teaching the class.

G is a hoot she is up in LA, have you ever read her bio? Funny stuff. I believe her site is the golden bridge yoga- she is north of me.
