Sinus and ear clearing :)

I am greatly encouraged by my first day on the Blood Type Diet . My ear opened and began draining and my sinuses are open for the first time in a month. :)

My general symptoms have indicated that I either have mercury poisoning or candida overgrowth.

I know it is always a 50/50 chance it is only wishful thinking that makes it work. If that is why it works for me I'll keep wishing on!
