Hi Mike,
I suspect my bad teeth are still part of the problem but it turns out the main culprit is Candida. I find that keeping my teeth clean helps a lot but real healing started once I got on the Candida diet. I've been on the Candida diet for a little over a month and got a clean bill of health from my ENT already. :)
The Candida diet is pretty much coconut oil, meats & fish, green veggies instead of potatoes and carrots, butter & green olive oil instead of 'polyunsaturated' oils, avoid soy accept for miso and tamari, stevia instead of sugar, fresh lemon juice instead of vinegar,
Sea Salt instead of ordinary salt and no grains. We also have to wash all nuts in salt water to get rid of any fungus that might be on it from the drying process.
I've recovered from more than my sinuses on this diet. Uterine and occult bleeding that nearly killed me - are now a fading memory. :D
Suppliments I take are:
Vitamin 'C' to counteract any fungus I might accidently eat
Vitamin 'E' to counteract any polyunsaturated oils I might accidently eat
Probiotic to build up my good intestinal bacteria
Yogurt and kefer - the same
2-3 drops oil of oragano in a tablespoon of green olive oil twice a day to kill candida
1 teaspoon coconut oil before each meal - does the same but milder. Coconut oil in combination with protein forces out toxins from major organs which made my healing possible. :)
1 mg Folic acid in combination with vitamin B6, pathotenic acid and B12 for my Parkinson's (BTW - Anyone with a lack of normal intestinal bacteria runs the risk of getting Parkinson's. :o )
Pycnoginol, grape seed extract or Bilberry to help with B vitamin activity.
Omega 3 oils & magnesium to additionally because they are on the Candida diet list - one more thing I have to look up. lol
I looked over my
Blood Type Diet the other day and was amazed that my type A diet pretty much follows the Candida diet. I am sure it is only a coincidence. ;)
