Relationships - want to ceate change?

I'm glad that's useful.

"I can also use this for my own things I am focued on to prevent negative memories from entering my mind. To be specific it is about my relationship :)"

Instead of preventing something, it is better to only focus on what you want. So, you can intend to only create positive memories entering your mind. You replace a negative thought with a positive thought.

This is called pivoting.

Negative thought: "My boyfriend is selfish"

Pivot all the way round

Positive Thought: "My boyfriend is generous" .. now focus on him being generous and find some happy examples of how he is that way. Let the positive thought grow into a chain of thoughts.

We create our own reality, it only takes one person to change their perspective and others change through the energy interaction.

If you like, start a new thread and tell me what you want to happen in your relationship. Perhaps, together, we can co-create a new and wonderful experience for you :-) When something isn't working, it's because we've been focusing on the negative aspects for too long, looking only at what's wrong will give you more of that.

So, let's see what your wish list is. What do you want to happen? What new reality would you like to attract? The possibilites are only limited by your own thinking. Go wild - don't hold back! Have fun!
