acne and the chiropractor?

Hello

Can the chiropractor help with skin breakouts? Never really looked into this area before. I read one of your post about the upper cervical spine, can you please explain this a little. I often get lower back pain, and thought this may be related to my breakouts.

I am thinking about going the US and going to a good chiropractor, what should I ask him to do?

Thanks for your help, just want to get all the info I can before deciding.
