the reason that I ask about the salt-loading in particular is that I think that the io-docs are pushing the salt-loading too much. If you read the zeta stuff(in the lymph thread), you will see that salt is coagulative...and zeta governs our lymph as well as our blood.
This is just a theory on my part.....
