I usually do the basic Hulda Clark flush. I have done the Coke Flush and used the Ultraphos, but for me, the results were no better. I did a lot of experimenting when I was flushing regularly I did the Coke Flush, the Ice Cream flush (delicious, but not as effective for me), I tried the mega flush with almost a pint of oil (too gross for words). The only two I really recommend is the Coke Flush and the Hulda Clark Flush. The important thing is to do what works best for you. My first flush that I did with the guidance of my Chiropractor/Naturopath lasted a week to ten days and involved fasting on raw apples and apple juice and drinking olive oil every day. It called for enemas instead of Epsom salt. It worked, but was very difficult to do. As I said, experiment and see what works best for you. Tweet
