Hi Pioneer, I did not want to step on Dr. Sutter's answer, but I did want to tell you that during a very successful parasite cleanse stones were pouring out of me. For about a month I was doing two or three liver flushes a week and all very very productive.

This was the only time I felt the need to do frequent flushing, but I had to do it or feel very ill. When this period was over, I felt amazing and was soon able to do less frequent flushes with only a few stones passed each time.

I believe in really listening to your body. At first it can be hard, but as your health improves you will be able to discern what your body needs in terms of diet and cleansing.
