I'm curious what your before symptoms were since you seem to be expecting a change - perhaps if you post those, RG can point you in the right direction...

I don't have the much of the die off experience I hear about...but there are a few things. First, regularity with lots of green color - I think the herb must be helping my liver out. *yay!* Next, oddly, I have had occasional deep spots on my skin (zits?) Not really zits, they are very very painful if I try to "pop" them. And in random places. There was one under my left arm. Then one on my right side. Armpits. One on my left breast. Random places where I usually don't get anything. One painful one after 2 days did develop some pus to pop (sorry, gross) so I guess the white blood cells (that makes up pus) had something to fight. Then they go away. This is happening regularly. So the herbs seem to be working on something for me. It is a very mild, little thing. I've always had pets... but hey I am only a week in anyway, but it is something.

If you're expecting more, maybe share with us our experience and we can offer feedback. As for me, I must be lucky and I have always been pretty healthy. Maybe my immune system is pretty rebust inspite of the issues I have had. :-)
