Earth is Hell?

I am reading Life on The Other Side. I am not a skeptic I am just trying to ask questions I don’t understand about the book and I wonder why Sylvia doesn’t have her own forum on her web site to pose questions such as the ones I will be posing about this book. In the very first pages of the book she states that “We already live in Hell” meaning that this earth plain is Hell. My question is why would a spirit that has gone to THE OTHER SIDE want to be reincarnated back into hell over an over again? If I lived in paradise I wouldn’t want to come back to an Earth that she describes as hell.
