Re: Hi #58461
When I think of fraud, I don't think in terms of legalities.
For me "a fraud" (when referred to a person) means:
One who assumes a false pose; an impostor.
I don't mean for that to sound harsh, but let me explain myself a bit...
I'm very empathic and have alternate senses myself. It is something I have never cashed-in on, and feel that doing so would jeopardize my abilities. I don't want to call Sylvia Browne a sell-out, but I feel she may have crossed a line. Perhaps (without her even knowing/acknowledging it) she has lost her psychic talents in some capacity. These are my own feelings, but I feel as though she is in denial.
I respect anyones feelings towards Sylvia whether they believe in her or not. It is certainly relative, correct? I see your point of view. And know this: I am eagerly willing to admit to err.

My totem is a Lion, and I definitely feel that connection. Regardless of my current feelings towards S.B. I will always be *and always have been* a patron of cats [ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bast_(goddess) ]. It is something I've known all my life.
Thank you for expressing an interest in this topic.
It's been charming :)
