Are you saying you are an "agrarian" type based on the type A plan? Or just that that is your current inclination. Because really the type A plan does not recommend THAT much grain for As, and when it comes to some specific maladies, Dr. Dadamo recommends type A cut out all grains as much as possible.

Have you tried Ezekiel bread . . . which can make the claim that it is really not made out of flour (and thus grains)? You might also try the Weston A. Price approach of soaking/fermenting grains.

(I'm type A with GI track issues and find I am much better off cutting out grains as much as possible . . . and certainly wheat. I do okay with Ezekiel bread, though.)
