ibs/constipation

does anybody here suffer from ibs constipation? how is mms working for you? my ibs started after i got food poisoning 2.5 years ago. i took Antibiotics and lost about 10 lbs and continued losing weight because i wasn't eating very much. even right after i got off the Antibiotics , i felt something was weird with my stomach but i couldn't place what was wrong and it wasn't too troublesome. eventually it just got worse and worse.
