Re: Alexandria, a question for you

Hi Dude,

the easiest way is to check your pulses and tongue. On your left wrist at your radial pulse(start at the crease of your wrist) use three fingers as there are three positions. a nice healthy pulse you should feel in all three positions first position(near the crease) is called Cun (chun) represents Heart /Small intestine meridian you can tell a lot about emotional state here and sleep pattern u must note if it is rapid (heat possible insomnia or emotional problems) if it slow or weak and barely felt their is defenciency of Qi could be severe Depression or lassisitude. Next position Guan is Liver gallbladder usually if extreme overwork and mental stress, Qi stagnation irritability this entire left pulse will be thin and wiry like a guitar string if weak your liver meridian is sluggish, cold or congested. Next position is Chi (chur)Kidney yin left side if weak or non existent that usually indicates KI yin def in which you will usually have a red peeled tongue. I find that usually highly toxic people have this presentation, long term drug or alcohol abuse or female hormone imbalance.
Are you still with me as this is very complicated and I am giving you bare minimum as there are at least 32 different pulse types (my mentor says there are hundreds and the longer you have been doing this the more you will see)
Right pulses
first postion near the crease is Cun Lung / large intestines lots of times you can detect long term constipation and or extreme grief and skin problems asthma etc. If weak the person is approaching extreme exhaustion and Qi def. immune crash
2nd position this is probably most important to us here on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement forum is spleen/ stomach it will take on a slippery rolling quality if you are starting up with diarrhea if you have had a long time it is usually empty feeling the the next pos kidney yang will be weak as well for lonstanding diarrhea exhausting the KI qi and the ming men (gate of vitality) you don't want to go there complete adrenal fatigue and you will find it increasingly difficult to move and have energy!
Tongue diagnosis is also very complex.
I also palpate points that tell me much about the immune system
and emotions
see if you can find some point location on line spleen 6 and stomach 36 if tender on palpation you have a depressed immune system, female spleen 8 or 9 hormone imbalance.
Lv 14 extreme repressed anger and lv qi stag. Ren 17 emotional trauma lu 1 or 2 fatigue and stress KI 6 adrenal fatigue.
Gray or black tongue coat lymphatic blockage toxic intestines
red tip extreme stress or insomnia longstanding

sooo much to learn redwing.com is the source for Chinese medical textbooks start with Giovanni Maccioco (sp) silver and white book I think it is foundations of Chinese Medicine I can't remember off hand the book is at my clinic.
Peter deadman point energetic book big blue book, this is where we all started :)
The books are not cheap!!
Good luck let me know if u have any other questions

Alex
