Bless your heart.  I was going to suggest chonic fatigue syndrome but that would be only for some of your symptoms.  I will also suggest Epstein-Barr, again for only a few of your symptoms and you say you have no low grade fever?  hmmmmm.....

I cannot add anything to what Tony has given you.  He has covered everything.  I am not sure that stress would be your problem for your condition, although I am sure it has caused a lot of stress.  I would read the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) provided by Tony, and it may very well also help with your condition. 

I am going out on a limb right now..... but stay with me.  If all the above should fail, and I really don't think it will, I would try urine therapy.

If I had, say Parkinsons, Lupus, MS, any of those incurable autoimmune diseases I would probably select Homeopathic urine therapy.  If I had a condition that would not respond to anything else, I would also try urine therapy.  Urine, as mistakenly assumed, is not a body's waste product.  It is made of of the ingredients that your body cannot assimilate.  It is excess.  And actually your own individual urine, is the perfect medicine for what ails you.  Have I lost you?  Stick with me.  I do know several people in my area that use urine therapy and with success.  One was for feet that were horribly cracked and which nothing in the world, not from a doctor, natural, or over the counter would heal.  Urine worked.  And there are other instances of urine healing people when nothing else did.  I have limited knowledge.  I would go to the Urine Therapy Forum and also I would research urine therapy.
