My cold is on it's way out...for good.

Last night I:

took 1 tbsp coconut oil
20 drops Wilson's Iodine
op'ed with coconut oil/oregano oil
drank ozonated water.

I woke up with a sore throat, but as the day went on...I began to cough up thick green phlegm. Now I feel a lot better:-)
