My son has this...its nasty nasty with the pflem. Yuk. I feel like he has been coughing and spitting forever.

what happens is the virus starts things out and then that makes way for a bacterial infection. the green phlegm is a sure sign of bacterial infection. CS is better for viruses. Iodine is best for bacteria. hit that iodine. that stuff will come screaming out like people in a theater on fire.

As a child I had these huge coughs that would never end then after a surgery I caught another one and coughed so hard that I blew a blood vessel and started coughing up blood.
Actually went to a quack who gave me some DM syrup but that did my liver no favors so I had to do a coffee enema.
I had a huge scar and that wouldn't have been my first choice for exercise but it had to be done thanks to the DM.

Anyhow make a long story short, in TCM the Large intestine and Lungs are connected by a meridian. You clean one it aids the other. A Coffee-Enema a day for a few days and my cough was gone without DM...
