You've got a lot of heat in your lungs...make sure you're getting that stuff up and out of you! Make a lot of moisture in the air...run a vaporizer, and make sure it is close to you while you are sleeping. Use some eucalyptus, menthol &/or camphor in the water and really breathe it in deep. If you don't have a vaporizer...let the shower blast on hot for a while or get some water boiling on your stove. And also make sure to stay toasty warm...sweat some of it out, too. You might also do some light pounding on your chest to break some of it.
You said "again"? I take it that you've had lung problems before?
