What is consensus on Humaworm? (results of CoQ10)

Hi

I have alot of parasites and severe candida.
I did a humaworm cleanse 2 months ago and since been better, BUT still not good...
Still feel things moving around on my scalp, I am suspecting Ascaris...

Did a 6000mg CoQ10 yesterday and been Liver Flushing and today passed lots of rolled up tomato skins (flukes) and what seem to be pinworms (thin pale white).
I am wondering what to do if even HUmaworm cant help?

Please advise asap I am really desperate!
