I agree with the importance of taking Iodine to protect the health of your breasts. However, it seemed like it made my breasts a little smaller, for which I am grateful, as I believe the lumpy tissue that melted away was probably full of toxins that needed to go.

I learned an exercise a long time ago that is purported to make your breasts grow. I tried it, and it seemed to work for me. It could have been a hormonal coincidence, I suppose. Rub/click the tops of your fingernails together, back and forth, as if you are filing the nails of one hand, with the nails of the other hand.

Maybe WormGuru will make a video of this tomorrow, so you can see what I am talking about. If she does, I will add the link.
