Shrinking Breasts...Help

My friend asked me to ask for your help. She is concerned that her breasts have been getting smaller since she her pregnancy several years ago. Before her pregnancy at age 30, she had been ~120lbs and had a full 32D. During her pregnancy she gained weight ~150 and went to a very full 34DD. Since the pregnacy she has dropped back to ~120, but her breasts are barely filling up a 32B! To make up the loss their, it seems the rest of the weight is around her thighs. She is just as active as before. Can anyone suggest something, assuming it is possible, for her to regain some of her former bust? Tweet
