Left or right ventricle?

If left then possibly A.Vasorum if right then most likely D.Immitis. If DICTYOCALUS FILARIA is involved then the heart muscle itself is under attack.

You can search my old posts on A.Vasorum if you want to read up. But understand there is a financial saying; there is never just one cockroach.
If you have a heartworm like that then there isn't just a heartworm, also don't count on the quacks to ever find anything.

In the meantime you can use hawthorn and pharma grade CoQ10 to strengthen the heart and maybe look into the Beck's Protocol to stop the eggs being dumped into the bloodstream from making it to your spinal column and later the brain.

No simple answers that I know off...
