Looking for some input. Everyone says how incredibly healthy raw garlic is and I'm guessing raw is better than cooked, but all the ways I use garlic are cooked. Does anyone have recipes that call for raw garlic? The one place I eat it is in green papaya salad, but of course that involves eating unripe fruit which is also controversial - either bad for you or it is just processed as a starch, not a food. I dunno.
Second thing: I would love to incorporate more cayenne into my daily eating. Any good recipes for cayenne? I would especially love a spicy coconut curry vegetable recipe.
