Everyone should have Healthy joints

Everyone should have
Healthy joints
There are six different types of joints in the body that allow different types of motion, but their underlying physiological structure is essentially the same: two or more adjoining movable bones, whose adjacent surfaces are covered with a layer of cartilage, are surrounded by a fluid-filled capsule made up of ligaments. The fluid in the joint is secreted by the synovial membrane, that lines the inside the joint capsule. This fluid - made up mostly of sodium - allows the cartilage that covers the ends of the bones that form the joint to glide smoothly past one another. In healthy joints, the synovial membrane is thin, the
cartilage that covers the bone is smooth, and a thin coating of synovial fluid covers the ends of the bone surfaces that are in contact with each other within the joint. If anything goes wrong with any of these factors, arthritis or other joint problems can result. Some people feel a sharp burning or grinding pain. Others compare the pain to a toothache. Moving the joint usually hurts, but sometimes there is only stiffness.
There are several types of arthritis, and many other joints diseases that can occur, two of the more common ones are:
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease that is related to the once-smooth surface of the cartilage becomes rough, resulting in friction damage.
Rheumatoid arthritis is an inflammation of the joint parts that causes a narrowing of the normal spaces around the joints, causing friction damage.
