Jim Humble has addressed the liver stress issues in a couple of Q&A postings, one at least is here on this forum.

He basically says that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement does not stress the liver, but exactly the opposite. I kind of believe this, but I also think that there is a stress on the organs whenever we detox. That's why it is much better to take the process slowly.
