getting rid of parasites is a one step back, two steps forward process
you take the dewormer and experience die off, it feel like you are getting worse
you take a break and give you body a rest and you feel a whole lot better
a week or two later, you take more dewormer, feel worse again
take a break, and feel even better than last time
cleanse regularly and your health will get better and better

five years ago i couldn't turn my head or lift my arms
my spine was frozen
several warts on my body were itching like crazy
i was wheezing with almost every breath
i was peeing brown and pooping yellow
my stomach was swollen and my right side was hurting
my joints ached
big floaters were blocking my vision
my face was breaking out in oogles of pimples
i got a herpes attack that wouldn't go away
i was spending ten hours per day in bed
but i was always exhausted anyway
something was stinging my throat at night and keeping me awake
i nearly died

now i'm doing yoga and dancing again
i only need 5-6 hours of sleep daily
