It is indeed a formula for stimulating the lymph nodes, but it is not individualized. It's - how shall I call it - a one-dose-fits-all supplement. My right shoulder is aching badly (frozen shoulder?) and my osteopath diagnosed a mercury toxicity (root canals). I went to the dentist and there is a root canal inflamation too (4th quadrant). My mercuring fillings were not removed yet, we're first tackling the inflamation. My osteopath also gave me se-methionine (3 x 20 mg/day). I'm experiencing a headache when I take the selenium and that's why I'm a bit worried ... is this detox symptoms or something else ? Am I getting the right treatment here ? I don't know. Any professional input or suggestions are more than welcome because it doesn't feel right.
